The Wolf on wall street

I'm writing this review because my previous two were removed, and I feel it's important to share my experience with others. I've been losing sleep and waking up every morning with a deep sense of regret and discomfort, feeling that I was misled and pressured into signing up with Sharetrackin. My ordeal began with a random phone call while I was driving. I usually ignore SPAM calls, but this time I answered because I was using my hands-free kit. The caller, a young lady speaking fluent Afrikaans (my home language), managed to schedule an appointment for me with Dwayne, a Sharetrackin sales representative. During our meeting, I was very clear about my investment preferences: I wanted long-term investments with dividends and had no interest in short-term trading or involvement in the stock market, particularly with risky instruments like CFDs. Despite this, Dwayne assured me that their product would align with my needs. This turned out to be far from the truth. One of the key factors that convinced me to sign up was the so-called "40% Money Back Guarantee." However, as I later discovered, this was merely a sales tactic designed to attract customers like myself. Gerrie, a Sharetrackin attorney, later confirmed that this guarantee has never been paid out to any client—it’s purely a marketing strategy with no real backing. Dwayne also presented me with a large file showing photos of clients holding up big cheques worth thousands of Rands. I now understand these cheques are not genuine, being based on simulations or fictitious funds. This, too, was a misleading representation. The signup process was rushed and done on a tablet. I was asked to initial in two or three places without being given the chance to read the terms and conditions thoroughly, which would have taken at least 20 minutes. No documents were provided at the time of signup, nor were they emailed to me afterward. A few days later, I had a training session with Theunis, where I realized that Sharetrackin is nothing more than an overpriced simulation training course in my opinion, not an investment platform. During our training, we didn't review any rules; instead, Theunis focused on showing me how to use charts and make transactions on the simulation account. This leads me to believe that Theunis himself might not have been fully aware of the rules, which are critical since the simulation account is the basis for the guarantee. It wasn't until eight months later that I finally read the rules and realized that this platform operates as a training simulation course, not an investment platform. The rules require me to take exams and engage in daily trading—exactly what I had explicitly stated I didn't want. I've been battling with Sharetrackin to cancel the program for over 6 months now, but they take 2-3 weeks to respond to emails and seem utterly uninterested in the client's needs. Each time I try to discuss cancellation, they attempt to sell me the product again, rather than addressing my concerns or taking steps to cancel a service I never wanted in the first place. I hope that by sharing my story, I can warn potential customers about the misleading practices I encountered with Sharetrackin.

Bad Trading Company

I am extremely disappointed with Sharetrackin. They promised excellent trade opportunities, but the reality was far from it. The trades they provided were consistently poor, leading to significant losses. To make matters worse, once I signed their contract, they refused to offer any refunds. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling trapped and cheated. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for reliable trading services

Sharetrackin is for educational purposes only

Be aware. Sharetrackin Encompass is not a trading platform and do not integrate with any live trading platform. I will repeat this point a couple of times during this letter because just for that one point the vast majority of people looking into Sharetrackin will not sign up. During the pre sale communication with the sales team the emphasis was on how much money you are going to make with this trading platform and that it gives all kinds of extra features that other trading platforms do not give. For now the money will not be factored in because no trading is a guarantee. The main reason for me signing up was because the trading platform could do a “trailing stop loss”according to the sales person. This can be true but is completely irrelevant because it is not a live platform. So all trades will go as expected on Sharetrackin but the live orders will not be executed and still need to be done manually. I confirmed my expectation with the sales person that I do not intend on becoming a trading professional and that I want a system that can automate some of the features for me like opening trades at night according to their recommendations and in the morning when the markets open, trades will be processed. It was also made clear that I could cancel if I am not happy so I signed up. After setting up the Sharetrackin Encompass platform I was told I needed a Standard bank trading account. It took me a few weeks to get my Standard bank account going with FICA and transferring funds. I started trading about a month after I signed up. I tried the system for a few months but realised that there is no reason for me to log into the sharetrackin application. The few trades that I did make, I did manually and on my own discretion. When contacting Sharetrackin in regards to future plans of doing API integration into a live platform they said it is not going to happen because the banks wont integrate with such small accounts. With this new information I decided to cancel my monthly subscription. They sent through a cancellation form that I filled in and got a reply back stating that because I should have cancelled within seven days, I am now stuck. It also became clear that the money back guarantee was just another sales trick to get your signature. I could not have traded within seven days because the system is not live and I had to spend more than seven days to get funds into a completely independent live platform. After requesting the cancellation, the emphasis of the platform changed from a trading platform to educational platform. Even though there is useful training material available, this is not what I signed up for. Like I said earlier, I do not intend on becoming a trading professional. Since they wont allow people to cancel their monthly subscription even though a contract was signed with false pretences, I will now spread the word to inform people on what they get for their money. Sharetrackin, you are welcome to contact me if you want to discuss this.

My experience with Sharetrackin has been nothing short of disappointing. I had left reviews on Hellopeter about the tacky practices they engage in—securing your payment upfront and then not delivering on any of the over promised features. They make big claims about their product, but once you’ve paid, the delivery falls flat. To make matters worse, they took down my honest reviews, silencing the feedback that other customers deserve to know.
I am also disabled and had concerns about my ability to be able to do trading, much to my disgust to software does not allow for trading. Much worse is not needed at all not even for training, still the salesperson never mentioned this when he made me sign the contract.
Initially, I was assured I could cancel anytime, but when I tried to end my subscription for this subpar product, they refused. Despite their word, they made it nearly impossible to get out of the agreement, effectively trapping me with a product I found useless.
Overall, I can’t recommend Sharetrackin to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and a company that stands by its promises."
